    The reason why Richter optimizes?

    Retrofitting, Repairs and Overhauls:

    • Assessment of wear conditions, damage such as cracks and fractures etc. on components sent to us, as well as components of aggregates after disassembly in our plant
    • Coordination with our customer to determine their individual requirements and problems and find together an economical and reliable solution
    • This can include wear protection measures and geometric changes for process optimization
    • Measurement of components and units if no drawings are available, in our workshop as well as on site at your premises
    • Preparation of the required drawings for our production
    • Precise machining of even the hardest materials
    • Balancing in 1 to 3 planes
    • All components and aggregates, whether repaired or new, are subjected to a production check before delivery to ensure a problem-free installation and function

    Production of new parts:

    • Although Richter’s primary goal is the retrofitting, i.e. Repairs, regeneration and general overhauls, in line with the company philosophy, we also manufacture all components units and rolls in new.  Of course, new parts also offered directly with the optimization from Richter, particulary in therms of wear protection and energy efficiency.
